Our client, a global integrated agency, is looking for a CRM Manager to join their team in Dubai.
Candidates MUST have some experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to apply for this role.
The CRM Manager manages CRM Strategy and consults on all material produced by the agency within the CRM scope, and ensures that this is shared internally with the relevant departments to move projects forward, using agreed documentation. This is both a creative management and a technical role.
Build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders, representing the Client Partners’ views throughout the life cycle of a project but should also be happy to challenge convention as and when necessary
Maintain relationships with Client Partner’s other agencies and CRM partners, and supply assets for their processes
Clearly communicate and support the Creative and Strategy Teams with the Client’s brief, ensuring the Client Partner’s voice is not lost, but the creative boundaries are still pushed
Establish an excellent “eye” for creative CRM output, recognising strong creative work and when work could be improved
Act as an owner for incoming measurable sales and performance data, and disseminate accordingly to concerned departments
Act as a Brand Guardian, immersing yourself in all product developments and be able to advise on industry and technology trends and developments as they pertain to CRM
Act as the owner of direct-to-customer and direct-to-prospect communication (i.e. CCP)
Salary AED 14-18,000 depending on experience
