Job Description
Our client, an independent branding agency, is looking for an Account Manager to join their team in Dubai. Must have prior experience in a branding agency.
The person they are looking for should be passionate about the industry, have a point of view and care about their work, the clients and the agency. Emotional intelligence and empathy are key – they must know how to connect and create a rapport with our clients and internal team members (like creative, digital and content production) to help them achieve their objectives and results for their clients.
Obviously, they should be able to coordinate and manage all aspects of clients’ communication campaigns and projects with minimal supervision on smaller projects and mentoring from the Account Director on larger projects. An understanding of the brand development process is essential even if minimal but the appetite to learn is key – we can teach the rest.
Ideally the person should be a strategic thinker – someone who will understand the strategic needs of the client and proactively work with the Account Director and CEO to enhance the overall relationship with the client and see out opportunities for organic growth.
Salary AED 18-20,000, depending on experience.
