Our client, a leading fully-integrated communications agency in Doha, is looking for an Account Executive to join their public relations department.
Necessary to apply:
- 1-2 years of experience or more
- Arabic speaker with good writing skills
Task & Responsibilities
- Acting as the link between the client and the agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively;
- Acting as the client’s advisor and helping the PR Manager in leading projects.
- Taking comprehensive briefs from Clients ensuring the information is sufficient and clear for the work group.
- Putting proposals together and setting up meetings to present the ideas and cost estimates to the client.
- Briefing the team clearly formulating marketing strategies, assignment details and technical requirements.
- Presenting campaign/project plans to clients for approval or modification and follows up delivery of final product.
- Help PR Manager in maintaining campaign budget, and presenting high quality Agency work to client.
- Assisting the PR Manager in managing client’s expectations, help him/her in dealing with problems.
- Writing contact reports, and status updates.
- Ensuring that tasks are handled so that the profitability of accounts is achieved
Salary QAR 12-15,000 depending on experience.
