Our client, a leading branded content agency, is looking for a Head of Digital Operations to join their team in Dubai.
Working as part of a small growing team, this is hands-on role which requires working closely with the internal team to drive efficiency and working with a diverse supply chain and client base
- Drive operational efficiency
- Budgets – responsibility for bringing projects in on/under budget.
- Co-ordination between diverse departments: Production, Accounts, Creative, Community management, finance.
- Client liaison – On occasion work with clients to understand their needs and to clearly communicate deadlines and operational capabilities.
- Maximizing internal resources: An ability to recognize and reorganize internal skillsets and utilistion to deliver efficiency.
- Creative overview – ensuring that material being produced is to a high standard and account teams are able to communicative effectively with creative.
- Fluent Arabic written and spoken
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Ability to meet, converse and communicate well with high ranking clients in multi-national companies.
- Understanding of the creative process and how to manage that within client deadlines.
