Our client, a leading creative B2B agency, is looking for a BD Manager to join their team in Dubai.
This person will be responsible for growing the agency at a regional level, particularly in KSA.
- Understand the Agency credentials and capabilities, locally and at a regional level
- Familiarisation with the Agency and product offerings.
- Awareness of the Agency tools.
- Full understanding of the Agency past and current client/category experience across all markets.
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of other departments.
- Understand appropriate admin/briefing/scheduling procedures required by Business Development team, as well as other departments.
- Keep abreast of new projects and new developments in the Agency to ensure prospects are exposed to our latest thinking.
- Understand all aspects of Business Development financial management.
- Respond promptly to all prospect and internal requests, managing expectations in terms of speed and delivery of response, using appropriate briefing/admin structures.
- Fully understand all Business Development systems for managing requests including logging processes.
- Identify problems as they arise with line manager.
Salary dependent on experience
