Our client, a leading branding agency, is looking for an Account Director to join their team in Dubai.
- You will be responsible for leading and managing existing and new client relationships, with delivery supported by the client advisory team
- You will mentor team members, setting objectives around client development & revenue plans
- You will need to lead by example with the delivery of some of the key projects on the agency’s highest profile accounts
- Identifying, qualifying and securing new business to meet financial objectives, supporting in the growth of the new business pipeline, using current client contacts and building new client relationships
- Generate, track and maximise revenue and profitability, with regular reporting to the General Manager
- Shape day-to-day operations of the business and constantly seek to improve the efficiency of the business
- You will be a strategic thinker, able to direct and influence clients at the c-suite level
- You will have a high commercial acumen, be proactive and consultative with clients and the client advisory team
- You will have experience of managing, mentoring and developing a team
- You will need to need to be an exceptional story-teller and have delivered world class branding projects for clients, across multi-media platforms, and moreover be confident in pitching this type of work to existing and new prospective clients.
